Abstract This Decree applies to fuels used for road vehicles, agricultural tractors, forestry equipment, seagoing craft. The Decree defines: petrol; biofuels; life cycle greenhouse gas emissions; marine gas and marine diesel oil; gas oil for mobile machines. The Decree concerns: limits of metallic additives admitted in fuels; respect of environmental specifications; limitation on the sale of liquid fuels; Ministerial exemption in case of a sudden change in the supply of crude oil or oil products; labelling of liquid fuels, with indications of biofuels or hazardous additives; sulphur content of marine diesel oil, marine gas oil and marine fuel and related restrictions on selling and importing, in compliance with European Legislation.
