These Regulations implement for England Council Directive 2001/112/EC relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption. They regulate the use of the names and other labelling requirements for: fruit juice, fruit juice from concentrate, concentrated fruit juice, water extracted fruit juice, dehydrated fruit juice and powdered fruit juice and fruit nectar.
