Abstract

These Regulations make provision for the conservation and management of freshwater fish resources. Removal of fish, restocking of waters with fish, cultivation of fish or fishing for commercial purposes or sporting purposes requires a permit from the Permanent Secretary of Agriculture. The Regulations set out procedures of application and the form of a permit.
