Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 to enable slaughterhouses to be used for the slaughter of animals whose meat is not intended for sale for human consumption but which are slaughtered pursuant to a slaughter scheme introduced by or under Council Regulation (EC) No. 805/68, as amended, on the common organization of the market in beef and veal. (2 regulations)
