Entry into force notes
This Act shall enter into force six months after its promulgation.
Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the development of national economy and the improvement of national welfare, by determining the Government's basic policy and its directions for the rational management, preservation, development and utilization of the sea and marine resources, and the fostering of marine industries. The Government shall establish mid-and-long-term policy objectives and directions thereof concerning marine fishery development and formulate and implement every 10 years
