Abstract

This Order introduces measures for the prevention of spreading of fowl pest in Jersey. It places restrictions on the movement of live poultry (as defined) and prescribes other measures such as the declaration of infected places or an infected area, cleansing and disinfection, precautions to be taken by operators of egg packing stations and veterinary inquiry by the Minister.
