Abstract

The amendments of the principal Order concern control of diseases affecting poultry. The Minister or an inspector may cause to be slaughtered in accordance with his directions any poultry affected or suspected of being affected with fowl pest. The Minister or an inspector may cause any carcases or eggs, being in an infected place or area or removed thereout, to be destroyed or otherwise disposed of in accordance with his directions.
