The present Ordinance enters into force on the first day of the month following its promulgation.

Abstract

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance of 9 February 1999 on the control of discharge of waste water into rivers and public canals of 9 February 1999 (BGBl. I p. 86) . The text consists of 3 articles.
