The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2007.
Abstract

The present Ordinance amends the Dietary Foodstuff Ordinance of 28 April 2005 (BGBl. I p. 1161). In particular, it rewords article 23 establishing that low calories foodstuffs may bear labels indicating neither the required time for weight loss nor the amount of weight to be lost. The text consists of 2 articles.
