Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 44 of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act, shall apply to all appeals to a Customary Land Appeal Court under section 5D of the Act. The Regulations provide with respect to some procedural matters of an appeal. All appeals under section 5D of the Act shall be by way of public enquiry. Section 5 concerns decisions on a licence to fell trees for milling or sale.
