Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1658). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Article 1 establishes that forest reproductive material shall be conducted directly to collecting places of forest or tree owners or to forest cooperatives. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Collection places (1); Supervision of production of forestry reproductive material (2); Harvesting (3); Penalties (4); Issuing regulations (5);Entry into force (6).
