Abstract

An Ordinance to implement the Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002 (BGBl. I p.1658). The text consists of 10 articles dealing with the following aspects: certification, marking of forestry seeds, compound forestry seeds, documents, requirements for forestry seeds, inspection, auditing, export in other EC countries, import of forestry seeds, abbreviations, and entry into force. Five Annexes are enclosed.
