Abstract

This Regulation, composed of nine sections and two Annexes, establishes conditions for the issuance of licences for the taking of forest products. The taking of forest products for commercial purposes without a licence is prohibited. The Forests Clerk shall have the power for the giving, changing and revoking of licences. A Licence Request Form must be compiled and a licence toll must be paid. Annex I contains various purposes request forms. Annex II contains fees for obtaining licences and has been omitted from the copy of this regualtion.
