In particular, the Regulation covers the establishment and organization of State forests, special management zones and flora reserves (Part 2), the control and management of State forests, timber reserves and flora reserves (Part 3), fire controls, licences, permits and forest leases (Part 4), dealings with timber, products and forest materials (Part 5), miscellaneous offences (Part 6)and miscellaneous provisions (Part7).
