Abstract This Act amends Section 70 of the Principal Act regarding the duty of the National Forest Board to direct and advise the Provincial Forest Management Committee, Section 71 regarding the Provincial Forest Management Committee to enter into negotiations, and Section 72 regarding the duty of the National Forest Board to consider and negotiate agreement and make recommendations to the Minister and the appointment of a State Negotiating Team to negotiate a draft project agreement on behalf of the Authority.
