Abstract

These Regulations amend the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation (Timber Licensing and Tree Felling) Regulations in regulation 7 in relation with a forest licence performance bond as one of the conditions for the granting of a licence to fell trees. The bond shall be paid into the Forest Licence Performance Bond Fund.
