They modify: certain requirements and conditions for the importation of forest reproductive material from countries not belonging to the EC regarding the duties of information a registered supplier or other person who undertakes the collecting or production, storage, processing or transportation of forest reproductive material; and rules regarding the period for bringing a prosecution under the Regulations.
