Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 50 articles, are formulated for the purposes of effectively preventing and extinguishing forest fire, reducing the forest fire hazard, protecting the forest resources and maintaining the ecological security. The Regulations are divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Forest Fire Protection Organizations (II); Forest Fire Prevention (III); Forest Fire Extinguishing and Rescue (IV); Safeguards (V); Supervision and Inspection (VI); Legal Responsibility (VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII).
