Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Forestry Law of 8 February 1993. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to exemptions from compliance with distances of constructions near forests. Article 2 lists cases which are exempt from keeping such a distances, for example underground constructions, or facilities indispensable for forest visitors, etc. The text consists of 6 articles.
