Proposals for the different use of reserved forests shall be submitted to the Committee for advice. The Committee shall have due regard to all or any of the matters specified in Rule 5 when tendering advice on the proposal. A form for seeking prior approval under section 2 of the proposals by the State Governments and other authorities is attached to these Rules.
