Smoking or giving permission to smoke in protected forest areas is prohibited from 15 March to 16 November of each year. Any violation of this Ordinance may be persecuted and penalties can range from a twelve month prison term to a financial fine as well as a financial compensation for eventual damage caused by a transgressor.
