This Act enters into force on 17 May 2005.
Abstract

Various definitions listed in section 2 of the principal Act have been amended or substituted. Two new sections have been added after section 11 dealing with fire safety margins. Amendments have been also made to sections 12, 14, 23, 43, 67(2).
