An Act to amend the Forest Act, 1968, so as to make further provision for the powers of honorary forest officers; to further regulate the demarcation of forests; to extend the permissible granting of rights in respect of State Forests; to further regulate the payment of allowances in respect of certain expenses incurred in connection with the business of the Forestry Council; to further regulate the combating and prevention of fires; and to provide for a national hiking way system; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
