Section 7 concerns approval by the Director General of Water Affairs and Forestry for the use of specified land for commercial timber plantation. Section 8 concerns the protection of natural water resources. The Minister may prohibit or place restrictions on planting of areas defined in a notice to be delivered to the owner of the land for the protection of any natural water source. Section 9 provide for the registration of afforestation rights. Sections 57 to 72 concern the National Botanic Institute and Schedule 1 defines National Botanic Gardens.
