Abstract

An Act to control hygiene, production and placing on the market of foodstuffs and articles for every day use. According to the text foodstuffs are all materials used for the food and beverages for human consumption and equipment for its production, packaging material, tobacco etc. are articles for every day use. It consists of eight Parts: General Provisions (1); Hygienic Requirements for the Foodstuffs and Articles for Every Day Use (2); Hygienic Control (3); Trade Control Authority (4); Competent Authorities (5); Penalties (6); Legislative Authority (7) and Transitional and Final Provisions (8).
