Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the control of certain substances and their residues in foodstuff. Article 1 contains the definitions of certain terms therein used, such as, for example, "substances not admitted", "residues", "processing plants", "waiting time". In the following the text deals with regulations for plants producing milk, eggs, and honey; official sampling established by a special survey program, officials controls made on special occasions and measures to be taken following violations, etc. The Ordinance consists of 15 articles and 1 Annex.
