Abstract

These Regulations provide for the execution and enforcement in Northern Ireland of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1170/2009. For this purpose, they principally amend the Food Supplements Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003. They also update the references to European legislation referred to in those Regulations and in the Addition of Vitamins, Minerals and Other Substances Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.
