Ice-cream intended for sale for human consumption shall conform to the standard of composition set out in Schedule 1 to this Order. Ice-cream shall not be sold or offered for sale for human consumption unless the relevant provisions of Schedule 2 have been complied with in relation to its manufacture and the ice-cream has been properly stored in accordance with this Order.
