Entry into force notes

These regulations shall come into force on or after 5th August, 2011.

Abstract

These Regulations prohibit the sale of certain admixtures, restrict the use of certain ingredients for the preparation of any article of food intended for sale, and prohibit and restrict the sale of certain products as provided for in detail in the text.
