Abstract

This Order requires the Official Analyst to retain for a certain period the non-analysed part of any sample submitted to the Official Analyst in accordance with the provisions of article 34(1) of the Food Safety (Jersey) Law 1966. It also prescribes the form of a certificate of analysis to be delivered under the provisions of article 34(8) of the Law.
