Abstract

These Regulations amend, for Scotland, the Food Labelling Regulations 1996 in respect of the labelling requirements for foods containing allergenic ingredients. They add, consequential upon Community legislation, molluscs and lupin to the list of allergenic ingredients and amend a transitional provision.
