Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Hygiene (Wales) Regulations 2006 so as to implement Commission Regulation (EU) No. 216/2014 amending Regulation (EC) No. 2075/2005 laying down specific rules on official controls for Trichinella in meat. They revoke regulation 32A and Schedule 6A on the special health mark. They also implement Commission Regulation (EU) No. 579/2014 by modifying paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 3 in respect of bulk transport in sea-going vessels of liquid oils or fats and the bulk transport by sea of raw sugar.
