They revoke regulation 32A and Schedule 6A on the special health mark. They also implement Commission Regulation (EU) No. 579/2014 by modifying paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 3 in respect of bulk transport in sea-going vessels of liquid oils or fats and the bulk transport by sea of raw sugar.
