Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Hygiene (Wales) Regulations 2006 by updating the definitions of certain Community instruments that are referred to in those Regulations. The definitions are updated by: (a) substituting definitions of certain Community instruments for the definitions of the Community instruments that currently appear after the definition of “premises” in paragraph (1) of regulation 2; and (b) inserting a revised Schedule 1 which lists definitions of Community legislation.
