Abstract An Ordinance to regulate the general hygiene of foodstuffs. It defines at the outset its scope of application. Article 2 contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as "food hygiene", "food processing plants", etc. The owner of a food producing plant must comply with the prescriptions set out in this Ordinance. Therefore, the person entitled must set up a HACCP-system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System).
