The categories of products which are subject to those conditions are specified in Article 1.1 of Decision 2002/80/EC. The Regulations amend regulation 3 of the principal Regulations to clarify that the two conditions the fulfilment of which is necessary in order that a person may legally import into Wales any controlled Turkish products, are cumulative.
