Abstract This law may be cited as the Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) (Νο. 3) Law of 2003 and shall be read as one with the Food (Control and Sale) Laws of 1996 up to 2003 (Νο. 2) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read in conjunction and will be referred to as the Food (Control and Sale) Laws 1996-2003 (Νο. 3). With this Law sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) of article 29 to the principal law are replaced by the text contained in article 2 to this law.
