Abstract This law may be cited as the Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) (Νο. 3) Law of 2001 and shall be read as one with the Food (Control and Sale) Laws of 1996-2001 (Νο. 2) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Food (Control and Sale) Laws 1996-2001 (Νο. 3). The Law provides for replacing certain paragraphs of article 29 to the principal law, more specifically it amends the purposes on which the Cabinet of Ministers may issue regulations.
