The Law shall enter into force as from 1 July 2001.

Abstract

This law may be cited as the Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) (Νο. 2) Law of 2000 and shall be read as one with the Food (Control and Sale) Laws of 1996 and 2000 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read in conjunction and will be referred to as the Food (Control and Sale) Laws 1996-2000 (No. 2).
