Abstract

This Act amends the Food and Drugs Act in the Third Schedule by inserting in Part II specified drugs. Section 13 of the principal Act prohibits the distribution of samples of drugs. The Third Schedule lists drugs, the samples of which shall in no circumstance be distributed.
