Standards are specified for skimmed milk, reduced-fat milk or partly skimmed milk, flavoured milk, whole milk, reconstituted skimmed milk or reconstituted partly skimmed milk. They also provide some rules regarding packaging of specified milk and prohibit the sale of milk that is not packaged as prescribed by these Regulations.
