Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Regulations 1999 in regulations 23 and 26 regarding an application for a pre-market approval permit and original certificates to be kept by every importer or manufacturer. in addition, the Third Schedule to the principal Regulations is revoked and replaced by the Third Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. The Third Schedule contains a list of food, pre-packed food, container and contact material requiring pre-market approval.
