Abstract The Order applies to the additives used in food and foodstuff and sets regulations on the authorized solvents, colouring and additives. The Regulation applies specifically to their extraction, to food enzymes and additivites, to the processing aid and flavouring of food. The purpose of this document is to ensure that human, animal and plant health is protected and that the microbial cultures enlisted on the national Food Authority List are notified and authorized.
