These Regulations amend the definition of Festulolium to provide for a wider range of crosses of the species Festuca and Lolium falling within the scope of the Council Directive (Regulations 4 and 6). They also lower the minimum germination standard for seed of field beans (Vicia faba L.) from 85 v to 80 percent.
