These Regulations enter into force on 2 March 1961.
Abstract

These Regulations provide for the eradication of flies to prevent their breeding and the possible spread of pests. The Regulations for this purpose prohibits waste food, manure, refuse, garbage, etc. to be left on premises unless covered or treated.
