Abstract

The objective of the present Act is to contain, prevent and reduce emissions of the fluorinated greenhouse gases covered by the Kyoto Protocol. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following matters: provisions on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases and competent authorities, formation and certification requirements for persons and enterprises, inspection, certification and attestation places, provisional certificates and attestation, inspection and final provisions, implementation.
