Abstract

Regulations making provision for the payment by a Fisheries Officer to owners of registered engines of commercial fishing crafts in respect of fuel purchased for the use for such engines. Regulations 3 to 8 deal with the registration of engines. Regulations 9 to 21 provide for application for payments, issue of a quota card, recording and certification of the purchase of fuel and appeal against decisions of the Fisheries Officer. Regulation 23 specifies the basis of the allocation of fuel quotas. (31 regulations)
