Abstract

This Scheme makes provision for the making of grants by the Scottish Ministers in respect of the purchase of software to facilitate the electronic recording and transmission of fishing logbook, transhipment declaration and landing declaration data on board fishing boats of 12 metres length overall or more in accordance with Articles 15, 22 and 24 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy.
