Abstract

The Order amends the Fishing Boats Designation (England) Order 2015 by substituting the definition of “baselines” in article 3(3), by mending the definition of “demersal fish” in article 3(4), and by making minor textual amendments to Schedule 1 to amend the descriptions of the areas in which Belgium, France and Ireland are designated to fish.
