Abstract This Proclamation concerns placing on the market in Eritrea and exportation of fishery products. "Fishery products" means all sea water or freshwater animals or parts thereof, including their roes, excluding aquatic mammals and turtles (art. 3). The Ministry of Fisheries shall be responsible for monitoring if requirements laid down by this Regulation are complied with. For this purposes the Ministry may appoint inspectors (arts. 4 and 5).
