The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1998.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Fisheries Law of 30 June 1997. Article 1 establishes that the Construction, Environment and Economic Office is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 37 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Lease of fishing areas (II); Requirement for persons dealing with fishes and crabs (III); Practice of fishery (IV); Survey of catch and stock (V); Promotion of fisheries (VI); Inspection of fisheries (VII); Information and counselling (VIII); Penalties (IX); Final provisions (X).
